The Olean, Rock City & Bradford Railroad Company wants to take lands of the Olean, Bradford & Warren Railroad Company by condemnation proceedings. This morning, on the application of attorneys for the company, Justice White sitting in Special Term, appointed J. R. Jewell, S. N. Wood and J. K. Van Campe commissioners to appraise the value of the land. They will hold their first meeting in the office of Cary, Rumsey & Hastings of Olean on May 14.
