Jamestown, N. Y. , Aug, 5, – Two trains on the Jamestown and Lake Erie railway collided at the Falconer Junction. The passengers were injured.
J. B. Collins of Jamestown had his left leg badly bruised and his chest injured.
Rev. W. A. Hollock of Jamestown received a severe cut on the head.
Mrs. Swetland of Wooglin was quite badly cut by being thrown through a glass door.
Note that the place referred to as Falconer Junction was also known as Clifton, the point where the branch to Falconer connected to the main line of the railroad.
