Railroads Consolidate

Were Incorporated in Now York and Pennsylvania With a Long Name

ALBANY, July 3.- The Olean, Rock City and Bradford Railroad Company of Pennsylvania, and the Olean, Rock City & Bradford Railway Company of New York, filed a certificate with the Secretary of State yesterday to the effect that they had consolidated under the name of the Olean, Rock City & Bradford Railroad Company. The two original companies of the same name were practically one road, as they connected with each other at the State fine. The owners of the new road are W. B. Ferguson of Maiden, Mass, president; Frank E. Lowe of Greenfield, Mass, treasurer, and George E, Rogers of Greenfield secretary.
