Moons, NY was a stop on the Dunkirk, Allegheny Valley and Pittsburgh Railroad just north of Sinclairville.
A 1921 list of DAV&P customers lists only one for Moons; L.L. Derby, Fruits and Vegetables. It is not clear from the list if L. L. Derby was shipping fruits and vegetables out, in, or both.
