The Olean, Rock City & Bradford electric road is nearly completed. The track is all laid to the city, and workmen are now putting in the curve at the west end of state street to connect with the street railway tracks. The wiring is also nearly finished. Superintendent Pierce said this morning the road will be opened its entire length next Sunday or Monday.
