ALBANY. Feb. 27 – The Olean, Rock City & Bradford Railroad Company was incorporated yesterday, with a capital stock of $110,000 to operate a road 11 miles long from a point in the town of Olean, along the line heretofore occupied by the Olean, Bradford & Warren Railroad Company to the State line in Cattaraugus county
