The Lockport and Niagara Falls railroad is now completed, and the first trip over it was made on the 28th ult. The distance to the Falls, 21 miles, was performed by horses in a little over two hours. When Locomotives are put upon the road, which will soon be done, the trip will be made in about an hour, and in another hour the traveller can reach Buffalo from the Falls. –Poughkeepsie Telegraph.
