Three Badly Hurt in Collision on the Lackawanna.
Buffalo, Nor. 8.-Harry J. Tompkins, the fireman who was injured in the collision on the Lackawanna railroad last night near Fargo, is in a critical condition and may die. Both legs were so badly crushed that amputation was necessary. Others injured were: J. W. Heffern, express messenger, Buffalo, scalp wounds, right leg torn, forehead cut; Murley Barnes, mail clerk, Wallace, N. Y., cuts and concussion of the brain.
