Complaint Against Western New York & Pennsylvania Traction Company

The Public Service Commission of the Second District of New York has received a complaint from residents of Bolivar, Allegany County, protesting against the equipment, track and service of the Western New York & Pennsylvania Traction Company, Olean, N. Y., in Bolivar. It is stated that the track is unsafe; that the schedule calls for one car every 80 minutes to travel 18 miles; that the company has failed to arrange to meet trains in Olean, and that the rolling stock is inadequate and not fit for service.
