CORNING, N.Y., Dec. 5 – The Buffalo and Susquehanna Railroad was sold under foreclosure at Coudersport, Penn., to-day for $5,000,000. The purchase was made by a protective committee representing the first refunding 4 per cent. bonds. Alvin W. Krich, President of the Equitable Trust Company of New York, is chairman of the committee.
