Chace’s was a station on the Silver Lake Railway, which later became part of the Buffalo, Rochester and Pittsburgh Railway.
History
According to a 1913 newspaper article, a station was built in 1875 on the farm of Albert Chase, who was the agent at the station for 15 years. It was abandoned in the early 1890s. The building was sold in 1913 and moved to the farm of James Purcell.
