BP&W Railway Complete to Salamanca

The B. P. & W Railway is now complete between Warren and Salamanca. The Company have erected good substantial depots on the whole line and, it is expected that regular trains will be running in a few days. It is supposed that a compromise has been made with the N. Y. P. & O., so that the bridge will be built soon across the Allegheny at Salamanca.
