This February 20, 1902 article describes the formation from the International Railway Company (IRC) from the merger of the Buffalo Railway Company, the Buffalo and Niagara Falls Electric Railway, the Buffalo and Lockport Railway, the Lockport and Olcott Railway, the Buffalo, Tonawanda and Niagara Falls Electric Railroad Company, the Niagara Falls and Suspension Bridge Railway Company, and the Niagara Falls-Suspension Bridge Company.
