Sale of the Cross-Cut Road

An April 20, 1878 article indicating that the cross-cut division of the Buffalo, Corry and Pittsburgh Railroad was sold and would continue to be operated as normal until further notice.

The Buffalo, Corry and Pittsburgh Railroad was sold at foreclosure on December 7, 1872 and the New York portion was reorganized on April 28, 1873 as the Dunkirk, Chautauqua Lake and Pittsburgh Railroad.
