-Mr. Ed. Dillingham, station agent on the Rome, Watertown and Ogdensburg railroad at Ransomville, has been transferred to Charlotte, Monroe county, His successor is D. G. Hitchcock, of Lyndonville, a gentleman thoroughly competent to fill that position.
