Lockport and Buffalo Railroad.
At the Special Term of the Supreme Court, in Buffalo, yesterday, Judge TALCOTT presiding, motions were made for the appointment of Commissioners to settle and determine at what point and in what manner the Lockport & Buffalo Railroad may cross the trucks of the Niagara Falls branch of the N. Y. C. C. & H. R. Railroad, the main track of the N. Y. C. & H. R. Railroad, and the Niagara Bridge & Canandaigua Railroad. Messrs. L. F. and G. W. BOWEN and Hon. E. CARLTON SPRAGUE, argued in support of the motion, and Hon. J. P. LANING opposed it. Judge Talbot granted the motion and directed the parties to agree upon the choice of commissioners and report the same to the Court this morning.
