Breaking Ground for the New Railroad.

LOCKPORT, October 16th, 1876.
Hon. T. T. Flagler, President of the Company, broke ground for the Lockport and Buffalo Railroad this afternoon in the presence of a large crowd of spectators. A heavy force of men commence work to-morrow and the construction of the road will be pushed through with dispatch.
