The Buffalo, Rochester and Pittsburgh Railway had a large passenger station adjacent to their large yard in East Salamanca, New York. The current station, which still stands, was built in 1913 to replace a smaller station that was moved to another location in the yard and was used as the yard office for many years.
This station was separate from the much smaller station near the large Erie Railroad yard and passenger station in downtown Salamanca.

This photo from the 1920s shows the opposite end of the station from the photos above. The locomotive backshop building is visible at the left edge of the photo. The tracks in the foreground ran behind the station and went to downtown Salamanca where they served the BR&P passenger station, local industries, and connected to the large Erie Railroad yard.
