Attached below is a portion of the Annual Report of the New York State Board of Railroad Commissioners for 1902 describing the Buffalo and Niagara Falls Electric Railway. The report only covers the period to February 20, 1902, the date when the company, along with other electric railroads, was merged into the new International Railway Company.
